Is it easier to mail or chat with US Mattel? And should I just tell them the flaws or should I say that I live in Sweden, and I bought it online international and can't ship it back due to costs and that Swedish Mattel won't help me?

hi! I had absolutely no problems on the chatting online with Mattel US. I had to because I got a Nefera with wonkey eyes. It was so easy! She had me in the system and sending me a new one in five minutes!

Just had a great experience with Mattel US customer service. They will send a new Abbey to hannaliten who will then send her to me. And Swedish Mattel didn't even want to help me.
