Aaaaaah I so want Venus and Robecca, they are coming to me for my birthday!

I went to go take Jackson outside for some pictures before it got too hot.. and I went to move his arm to discover that it bent the opposite way ;o;! The plastic starts to crack and it bends pretty far back. I also noticed that the right shoulder is REALLY tight and won't rest on his side fully like the left one does. It breaks my heart... especially because his face/hair were pretty damn good compared to the other dolls at Walmart. I sent Mattel a message.. I just hope my luck continues with them and they send me a new doll without any trouble. Hell, if they send me a full new arm that'd be great.

I am so sorry to hear about your Jackson. I am sure they will set it right, if not maybe someone here has a spare arm.

That is fantastic that you found Abbey and that your mom was cool with it. Abbey is so beautiful! I am glad you also found her in the "wild", which is a ever so lucky find.

I hope so ;o;. Mattel has done right by me so far, so hopefully this is a trend that continues. I also got an image of the arm, just so I have it to show Mattel if they so asked for it.

Cable/zip ties make pretty cool and sturdy hair ties. And with a little tugging you can easily slip them off (can't reuse them, but give and take).

Icicle If you do cable ties up the wrong way they can be reused Its a bit hard to explain but you sort of do them up backwards i think. Great idea though!

I just found the Dot Dead Gorgeous and Roller Maze girls at work today! Happy, happy! For some reason they weren't stocked in the same area as the rest of the MH stuff. No wonder I couldn't find them with the other new re-stocks.

Also found ghost girl CAMs. I didn't get one because both of them had squished noses? Poor girls...

I'm very happy. I FINALLY was able to snag a Clawdeen/Howleen pack. Wee! Bout time! Clawdeen currently has her hair up in rollers waiting for it to dry. I'm gonna try to get her hair to be more like the awesome afro she sports in the box art.

I'm waiting to search for new dolls here till the end of the week... they just restocked last friday and I did a sweep so hopefully if I go this friday they'll have stocked again.

Called Mattel about my missing Frankie stand, the rep didn't think she should have come with a stand based on her price.... So they can't send me a stand because she doesn't show that the "school's out" version of Frankie should have a stand....... anybody got an extra blue stand they don't want?

Is it just me, or do Venus' eyes look a bit different than the prototype? They just don't seem as....focused(?)
