Hm.. do US Mattel customer service usually demand that you send the doll back if you have a defect doll?

If it's one that's currently in stores I think they want it.

Ugh. So expensive... I mean, I guess in the long run if one wants to collect the CAM Lab dolls, it's not an awful deal as you get the set needed to apply the stickers, and you get a fully clothed doll out of it. -flips Mattel-

What doll is that with the create-a-monster doodad? *squints*

Seems to just be a generic CAM so you have SOMETHING to use with the lab right off the bat.

Actually there is a way to use the "stickers" without the lab.

Through some miracle I haven't bought a new MH doll since I got Rochelle near the end of April. I've been pretty good about this... but but Scaris Nights Rochelle... and the worst offender at the moment: Ghoulia on her scooter. Uggggh, why must you be so pretty, Ghoulia?! I have no space for your scooter!

Your pictures are always a welcome sight, Picklepud! Loving that outfit for Lagoona.

Um, out of curiosity, what are the big 'wants' that people would like to see from the MH line in the future? Is there a particular type of monster you wish they'd make, a theme for a new line of the existing dolls, or new furniture? New siblings? I'm personally longing for more fashion packs, mostly for:

Cupid
Nefera
Howleen
Cleo
Ghoulia
Werecat Twins

As I only collect one of each character, I'm not too worried about what new lines get put out. Thoughts?

I would like to see more of Nefera, Toralei, the Twins, and Howleen.  And as for new dolly releases, I would LOVE to have a Mad Clown, and some type of Pirate

I wouldn't mind more Howleen either so I hope she isn't a one-off. Her basic doll is <3 but I've never seen one in person in stores. Plus, not too keen on the Clawdeen she comes with, as lovely as she is, because I have so many Clawdeen dolls already.

I know that I had to send the defective Rochelle I had (bad eye paint) back to them before they would send a replacement.  But they do email you a shipping label so that it is free to return.

Hello everyone, dropped in to say that I've been converted into a MH fan because of you guys and your amazing dolls and photos. 
I bought my first ghoul today. Skull Shores Lala, I think shes such a cutie! 

I guess i'm lucky though because of where I live, I have a Target, Walmart, Kmart and Toys R Us - I got my Lala from Target.
When I was there I also saw they had 4 Werewolf Sisters, 5 Gloom Beach Packs, 5 Sweet 1600 Clawdeens, 5 Sweet 1600 Lalas, 1 Sweet 1600 Frankie, 4 Skull Beach Ghoulias, 1 Skull Shores Lala, 1 Skull Shores Lagoona, 1 Original Nefera de Nile, 1 Original Operetta, 2 Jacksons, some Create a Monsters and clothes packs.   

Do you live in San Diego by any chance?  Sounds like me lol.  I live 3 miles from a Kmart on one side, and there's a TRU, Target, and a Walmart about 5 miles in the other direction (the Target and Walmart are in the same mall, and the TRU is right across the freeway from them lol.)  I can hit all of them quickly.  They haven't had much lately tho...but I haven't looked within the last week, I have no money so I try not to torture myself

And I love those rainbow socks o.o  I wish I had money lol

Just thought i'd come out of lurking and finally say hi too, i'm not really new to collecting Monster High I started around Christmas, Spectra was my first doll (the only doll i want and like, i swear ) Followed by Abbey about a week later. I now have 13 Everyone is right when they say its addictive!

I haven't had that happen yet (they've sent replacements without any problems), but I know they do sometimes ask for dolls back in order to issue a voucher/replacement. Doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to it though.

I saw that... but I don't know how steady my hands would be to use that method, and I'm sure there are other's that feel the same way.
