Delays from the mid-Atlantic states

We had a major storm sweep through the mid-Atlantic states on Friday night. Maryland, Virginia, and DC all got slammed.  There are still many, many people without power.  I would expect, if you're waiting to hear from a seller (or a buyer) from Ebay or here from those states, that you'll probably be waiting a bit to hear from them. With temperatures soaring into the 100's this weekend, it was absolute misery for 2 million of us.  Some power companies are expecting they won't have full grids back online until NEXT weekend!

I got power back late yesterday, but we still don't have internet & cable. Internet service through my phone is spotty at best, and I'm sure it's non-existent for others.  Your patience is appreciated.

Good idea posting this. Ugh, it's so bad. I'm fortunate enough to have power, but I know plenty of people who don't. =(

I know we where down in southern Ohio this past weekend and they had alot of damage too.  The power was out and they told everyone it would be 7-10 days before it was back on.


So it definitely affected several states.  Hope everyone stayed safe

There are power outages here too, it's from the heat wave rather than the storms. People are over-loading the power grid. So even if someone isn't in the mid-Atlantic, the weather is causing problems for many of us in the states!

Thanks for the heads up   I hope things will be back to normal soon. wow the weather seems to be causing problems  for people in a lot of places right now
