BP you can get from doing quests. I think you are able to do quests as a TRI? I honestly can't remember! When you contest, your ponies gain levels and each set of levels lets you complete a training quest. The Newbie quest is only one level in any stat, and it awards 3000PG. You can earn BP starting at medium quests. They require 10-20 levels and rewards 8k and 1bp.

You can! I always have a quest going for my girl. I don't have a ton of BP, but I have 15K on my trial account and I do about a dozen quests a day.

Also, you don't have to vet if you make a level. So there's that.

I've been having to vet because of contest, which my highest lvl is a 7 right now XD Bought one pony that apparently had maxed out at some point because it has a red star on his profile. I've notice level quest seem to vary on what lvl to get the pony to.

@BlackCurtains - I saw that guide, but I wanted to learn how the HEX/DEC conversion worked which I think I finally understand it! Took me checking the colors on Adobe Elements to see the conversion ^^;

I just realized I sad "quests" instead of "contests". Vetting is only like 350PG at a time, but since you have been buying ponies, you have less money to put toward contests than I do.

Well I only bought two ponies XD. On that note when you mentioned you don't have to vet when you level, it would seems that you do. I just leveled a pony after her last contest and still had to vet her ^^;

Weird. Usually when I level, I don't have to vet. I think I did once or twice, though.  Sometimes you'll only need to vet once, though. Others you'll have to vet 7-8. All my PG goes to contests, so I haven't had a problem with the money factor. Like was said, if you're doing leveling quests, you'll get PG whenever you finish it. The quests go for every 10 levels. Only takes me 2-3 days to finish each leveling quest.

Aww! :(

You can revive it! I don't recall how, but check the manual.

Did some research. Says you can find it through the site search and it costs about 80k in PG. You can also look for one in the Non-Pony Trade forum, but you have to have stuff to trade for it.

Wow, kind of gathered it would cost a lot XD Oh well it could have been the last contest he was in that made him die or just the end of his life span? I don't know how long ponies actually live, He was over I think 200+ days when I got him...

The Non-Pony trade forum sadly will not work. Found out recently they disabled forums for TRI users due to trolling in the past... even PMs will not work :|

Any PonyIsland players here?
« Reply #40 on: July 10, 2012, 10:08:18 PM »
I'm just curious to know if there happen to be any other PI players here.  ^.^

[Merged - kaoskat]

Edit; Oh, I see my post was merged with this thread - which I didn't even know was here.  :blush:

Anyways, in answer to your latest question, sd_dreamcrystal - Ponies live infinitely, they never die of old age. Which is a relief, as I enjoy quite a few of my PI ponies and would be terribly disappointed to see them go.   ^.^ If you ever need any help with PI, feel free to send me a message, I know that site like the back of my hand.

I'm silently cursing you for starting this thread. I got addicted to it and now I have a year-long account. LOL!

This usually is not my thing, but this site is too cute. I was unable to resist the adorkableness.  :nerdy:

yep PI is fun ^^  though they  changed a lot of things on it. when they redid the tos. i've been  on there for awhile it's pretty fun.

and yes you can get res scrolls  from various things.   trading fo rit..   buying one or  even generating bp for one.

also theres theoption of asking soemone  else to pay for your account and you giving them  something for it.

I was on there years ago, and I may join up again.  I loved it, and all my ponies.  I couldn't renew when time came though, so they all died.  I will start back up though on trial now that y'all have mentioned it!  And yes, it has changed A LOT since I was there last.  If I sign up, can I post my name on here to add you all as my friends?  =]
