How in the world do I get this little lady back to her original color (white)?

Very few options that I know.

I tried to heat with very hot water and a hot hairdryer. Mine stayed light pink.

Not sure if sun fading works. Others have said taking off the paint (the color change is achieved with a layer of color change paint) with acetone but that takes a lot of work.

Make your hands warm first, then see if that helps. If not try some artificial heat. That coating is super difficult to remove, so I'd make that your absolute last resort.

Funny how almost all of them do not change.  Ours did very little going back to white when we first got her and now we just live with a pink pony.

Good luck! She is certainly prone to getting "stuck" on pink. As BFB says if something like a hairdryer on low doesnt work the coating may simply no longer be working.
