Interesting variants! And all raised hooves too.

The Pinkie one looks like Cherry Berry, with a Pinkie Pie symbol.

Heartstrings has purple eyes instead of yellow (Lulu Luck eyes? Trixie Eyes), and a Sunny Rays symbol.

Lulamoon looks like her lighter prototype, with a Fluttershy symbol and Starbeam Twinkle eyes.

Also, I wonder what's up with Crystal Empire? Maybe Cadance lives there?

I was also surfing Taobao and I found this interesting version of Cadence with a dress, tinsel in her hair and weird octagonal eye dots :

[Hoping that the dress is not an indication they are going to keep to the "plastic" clothes of the most recent generations...I really hoped the actual "fabric" clothes we had seen with the FS meant Hasbro had finally decided to go back to old style pony wear] 

Hm, that is interesting.
I don't think I'm gonna be a fan of snap on clothes either. I rarely put any of the clothing accessories on my ponies for display anyway but I worry that clothes like these, if they are packaged with the ponies, will cause dents in the plastic or scratches on the cutie marks.

Those are definitely random! The color combo's are kinda neat.
I don't see myself ever wanting one of these 'frankenponies' though.
I feel like maybe some of the very first ones we saw might have been prototypes or factory errors/tests but that the factory workers are just messing with us now
