Buyer summerlastyear on ebay?

So I have been taking a break from selling ponies for a while now, I am sure some of you guys remember me. I have just put up a few ponies for sale and summerlastyear has purchased a G3. She has recieved her and claims there is a hair cut. I have great pictures on the auction and always go over my ponies with a fine tooth comb befor I list them and as a ship them out and I am sure there was not a hair cut. I have politely responded and told her to ship the pony back for a full refund or exchange which is my policy. I am not sure if a need any advice or just need a little vent. Has anyone else sold to her?

I personally have never sold to her, I don't think??  I have seen her on ebay selling though.

Hope you can get it resolved quickly and without any issues.

Hey, allgoodstrading! I didn't know you were an Arena member I just bought a Peach Blossom from you! She'll probably show up today, I'm excited to get her I used to buy ponies from you a lot, glad you're selling again!

I've never sold anything to this person before, but  I hope you can get things resolved quickly with her. Did she send you any pics of the supposed haircut? which G3 did you sell her?
