Thank you!! I probably would have quit right in the middle of Pretty Belle's tail, it was SO frizzy, if you hadn't helped get me prepped! I couldn't be more shocked at how different they look at just a couple hours of TLC <3

I'm so glad my advise helped you! It can seem a bit overwhelming at first but if you take your time, go slow and easy it works out! I forgot to tell you that sizzling water on the flat iron is normal, I thought about it after we hung up!!
