Sooo much love Alatariel. I've had the same things happen- fortunately out in Vegas the roads usually have drainage space so I haven't ended up on a curb yet, BUT I have come back to my car to find dents, and once a huge gouge above my rear tire on the driver's side. People can be terrible.

For me, its a super common thing. I have a tiny car, and while it is a bright(ish) red, I'm apparently invisible! People always try to merge in to my poor little Tank. And people can't see me at stop lights when I'm in front of them either. But it's come out of its two battles victorious( minor denting). Which is why it is Tank.

So my partner. I found a box. you had one of two boxes coming to you. An empty case of Girl Scout cookies, or the box from my previous Zombie Swap... With a zombie drawn on the side.
Guess which one you got. ^^

Oh Alatariel I do believe bad things happen in 3's, so your car troubles are over. I learned how to drive at 15 in a ginormous white 15-passenger clubwagon (affectionately dubbed 'The Titanic'). (This was also before cell phones were used a ton.) I was amazed at how many people in itty-bitty cars tried to merge into the side of the van. I do have to say that sometimes it made me laugh to think of someone in court trying to explain how they 'hadn't seen me'. Like trying to tell a judge you 'didn't see a billboard you smashed through'.

I don't think people are as terribly horrible as I sometimes fear they are. Just stupid. Anyone who has worked retail knows this. And while that doesn't help you feel safer, I hope it makes you feel a bit happy knowing you are smarter than most people. I know, it's not much compensation, but it's something. Hang in there dear, just think how hard your guardian angels are having to work to keep you safe from all of these morons trying to take you before your time

I HATE shipping sculpted ponies, it makes me have a mini breakdown inside

I always line the pony with some kinda buffer, even when there isn't sculpting, and usually make bubble wrap cocoons anytime there is. I also coat the addresses with clear packaging tape so that even if they get wet they won't get messed up.

On that note, my package is out! And should arrive in 1-2 weeks- international shipping's a bit painful... I also only had a little bit of clear tape, so the box is mostly wrapped in duct tape. Apologies if it's a bit hard to open.

Sure! I'm planning to ship tomorrow but I'm waiting for Jupi to send me the address. ^^ I already wrapped up the pony but trying to find a suitable box was too much for me today, they're all stored so high and I have boxes within boxes and just going through all of them is actually what I hate most about shipping. :'D That and trying to keep the weight under the limit while still using enough padding to keep the pony in one piece during shipping. Uuuugggh.
