I've had the idea for this pony for some time, it was great to finally have the time to make her. Her mane is rehaired with individual strands from peacock feathers! There are at least 3 strands in each plug hole, all of which had to be inserted individually!

It took 3 full length peacock feathers to rehair her, but the time was totally worth it! Its hard to capture the effect in still photographs, as the feathers catch the light and shimmer as the light moves <3

She's for sale for £30 plus postage if anyone would like her.

lovely custom! I did a similar thing with those peacock feathers as a mane, they look good as is, but you can if want eventually tame them with gentle enforcement (just for those that want to stop pets being tempted!)

The painting is just stunning, she is going to be snapped up.
