I' ve been looking at the pic a few times now, I'll need to see more pics of her but I'm interrested in her odd-ness >___<
The other two looks okay too, but it's always a big diffrence between art and dolls with this line. *Swoons the art*

Yeah, this is my frame of mind. I originally thought the Novi Stars were butt ugly until I saw them in person and now I think they're just so pretty and precious. So I'm going to at least LOOK at Sila. Because I have this slight 'completionist' feeling with Novi Stars (at least with the basic versions)

Great find! They're not as cute as the regular dolls, but I like them. Their eyes don't look as glittery, but maybe it's just not showing up in the photos. I can't wait to see photos of them dressed up in their extra outfits -- particularly the skeleton!

So sad, their art was so cute and these just didn't translate well into dolls. Plus, they'll be more expensive because of the skins.
But, in other news, I found Malie and atula here in Ontario--finally! Could only buy one, though, so I got Tula. She is sooo gorgy. Even my sister loved her.

Yeah, that was a little anticlimactic. 

I suppose I still want to see them in person but this weird clown hair reminds me of those horrible Bratz wigs that come with the dolls.

I was hoping for some awesome hairstyles but to reuse a style they've already done seems odd. Well, not odd, recycled, lol.

Here's to hoping there's something on the horizon we don't know about.

Taobao listing said that 4 Novis land at New York. I wish that listings would have pics of the back of the packaging, maybe that is written there?
So if that is true and Sila,Cici and Gail land at New York, maybe we will see fourth Novi soon?

I think they can also wear their hair down. However what I am most curious about is if the other dolls can also wear the skins. I think a sparkly pink skeleton would be awesome.

I would imagine most of the other dolls can wear them because they all have the same body other than the ones that have their legs fused together.

I wonder if these skins are clip on like the Bratz Babyz clothes or, my guess is, they are kinda rubbery like Polly Pocket clothes.

Hm, that's actually a cute concept. I have to have Gali Lexi. Though I wish her hair looked more like that in her concept art.

Gail Lexi completely fails to live up to her cute artwork for me. In fact, neither of the dolls do. I don't find the "skins" thing as creepy/Silence of the Lambs-ish as others online seem to, but that's because I think Gail Lexi's skins look a lot like plug suits from Evangelion and Cici Thru's look like snap-on outfits.
