I'm still here guys!  Really, I am!  Continuing with ups (new cases, kittens, planning my birthday party next month, hanging with friends) and downs (illnesss, parents moving 800 miles away, dropping several cases = paycheck cut), as have we all it seems.  I have been really REALLY sick this last week with a sinus infection.  It has made it next to impossible to exercize, or even move, and has limited my eating.  Which is funny b/c I'm still under my daily caloric allowance but it's all stuff like ginger ale, crackers, ice cream, french fries . . . lol

I gained back 2 pounds, which has me a bit sad BUT my waist size is still shrinking.  In helping my parents move back to MI 2 weeks ago I fully expected to fall off the food wagon for a few days.  I did not!  I simply did not want junk food, or fast food, and the few times we did get it I ate a few bites and then was disgused by it.  Whoo hoo!

Knee is out again. I guess it will be a while before my medication catches back up since the doctors didn't restart properly. This really bites.

Yuru has really taken a turn for the worse. Not too sure on how things are going to go from here.

I've lost a few inches all around, but my weight is still fluctuating. I've decided not to weigh myself as often because it's driving me crazy.  Doing well though!

I'm doing alright, though I've lost another 2 lbs and I think its just due to being worried :/ I'd rather lose it in a healthy way vs this me walking around zombie worried.

I managed to sneak in a good workout last night. But now I am sore! :p

I haven't.. weighed myself in a while. I think it's because I'm afraid to see I haven't made progress, or worse, gained back weight.

Congrats, Rhini! I'm loving all the success stories. And for those of us who are having trouble, take heart! We're still in it and still moving forward! Don't let yesterday's slip make today awful. Just wipe that slate clean and soldier on!

I'm making slow progress, but progress all the same. But I feel thinner, and I want to take my measurements again.

I'm getting my fair share of walking at the moment; I'm training my dog to walk nicely with a loose lead and plain collar, rather than his harness all the time, so each walk takes about twice as long as normal with all the doubling back!

I'm been a little MIA, but keeping up.  I'm doing great in PT and I'm even walking around my house without crutches (just don't tell the doctor, I'm supposed to use them until Friday).  Food has been a struggle, since we are super broke.  Basically, there's a lot of ramen and cereal.  Not really a balanced diet, but we have no money to get actual real fresh food.  I had an interview last week and could barely zip my dress pants!  That's never happened to me before, I wanted to cry

Hugs...its hard..but if you have to eat no balance just add a bit more movement. I am so going through a hard time. First off auditon for show got a part but not the one i wanted..but over that...but i am a singer and i have lost all solos because i could not belt out jingle bells......super depressed as i spend hours in rehersal feeling like the only reason i got the role was my ability to sing high....arg that and i have avery bubbly personalify....but its you love me or hate me and well since ilost wait i am mostly hated..i feel so lonely...sorry for the vent. Oh but next week i get work with the former hasbro worker...he worked with gijoe and has conne tions:)
