I have come to expect head/body mismatch as standard on all G4 toys...its the only way to save disappointment. TS is usually one of the worst but Feathermay always looks like someone popped a different ponies head on her body the colour is so wildly different.

just about every single g4 is like this, some are just worse than others. purple ponies seem to have the worst mismatches out of every other color, so it would be much more noticeable on Twilight than, lets say Applejack.

I think the rubber they use for the head is different than the body for Twilight Sparkle.  I don't have one anymore, but when I did I had the same problem, although mine went the extra mile - her head wouldn't line up with her body and it drove me nuts... so her head's on a Luna and her body's on a Photo Finish now.

Looking at my G4s, all of them have it, but some are more noticable than others. The noticable ones are:

-Twilight Sparkle
-Feathermay
-Cherry Pie
-Flitterheart
-Cupcake
-Starbeam Twinkle
-Snowcatcher
