From what I understand the dress is actually made out of wig hair.  It looks pretty cool from the front, but wasn't very flattering from the back.

Hahaha I love Lady Gaga <3 She's such an inspiring person with her heart in the right place. She fights for what she believes in, that's awesome ^^

Anyway, I think that's one mild dress for her xD She's done much worse. I half and half expected a pony-heads-dress this time And I thought that pony-necklace was hilarious. Gen 3.5 are like voodoo ponies

Seems like we've got a love hate relationship going on with Gaga here.
Yeah, Rolling Stone has some funny ones.
Dress would have been more appropriate with a big 'ol tail coming out of the back.
But it would have been better if it covered her entire body like a big purple Cousin It!

A fan sent her the pony-head necklace.  I think it's pretty nice that she actually wore it.  I'd go nuts if I sent a celebrity a gift and then they wore it in public.
