It certainly looks like a lineart that RJ used for an adopt.  I've seen it all over the place too.

It was stolen and edited into two separate drawings and posted on a free colouring page website.
I contacted the webmaster but I was ignored
It's the reason I stopped making those particular pixels.

Oh no!  I thought the other linework seemed a little off, but I still recognized it as yours.  Sorry it got stolen, that is so awful    There was a site a while back that was offering all sorts of stolen art as "free graphics."  Under the pony category, they had lots of adopts that had been made here, even one of my persona!  I wrote letters to the site admin, made big red notes in my profile, found them on facebook and commented on their wall/reported them (there were lots of other comments from people who had found their art on the site), but nothing.  Luckily, it seemed to be a small unpopular site.  But it sucked.
