I saw those! he makes amazing shoes! and I have heard he does custom orders.....I am so tempted to message him for some custom colors...just need to nail it down. tho I do love the new mold he made

I love that he does different molds....but the older ones he has sorta stopped making....wonder if the mold wore out or something (i know that happens) but I would love the different shapes....and I neeeeeed a pair of GitD ones from him! LOL

I'm more =/ over the flat faces. They just look so weird. I know why they did it, but it still looks wonky.

Ugh, I'm now thinking that if Rochelle has a boy, Lagoona should have her boy, too. Icey, that sig pic is winning me over, dammit! I heard somewhere, and I have no clue whether this is true or not, but that they'll be re-releasing SS cases with Gil in them. Now maybe Canada will actually get him ;.; Can someone confirm?

Chi:  So happy your Spectra is 'fixed.'  I'm glad you decided to re-string instead of re-body, and that it all worked out.
 
wystearya:  I like how Rochelle's hair looks with the broken up green.  I think I might have to do some more experimenting with mine.
 
Mandy:  I like all the green in your Rochelle's hair!  She makes me wish there was a character with two different hair colors split right down the middle.  The first thing that comes to mind is Jeckyl/Hyde, but that's been done already    Hmmmmm.........
 
I won't be able to modify my Hoodude.  SDCC dolls are too valuable to change-up, even if it is sewing on a couple buttons.  I think it would feel much more rewarding to just make my own.
 
I'm sad that the day-glo CAM has molded ears.  I want to use the rounded ears.  Even if I give that CAM a huge fluffy wig, I will always know under it all is a second set of random ears    And it's gonna bug me to no end.  I'm insane.  As for the flat faces, I'd like one or two, but not many more than that.  I've got a couple custom ideas (wish I could paint dolls, I'd make a fortune!) that flat faces would be perfect for.

Ok, I decided to go ahead and get Rochelle's hair washed out and it dried in time for me to take a few pics.    Please excuse the poor lighting, it was after sunset.

She looks great! I love how even the turquoise looks in her hair. I really enjoy seeing photos of Rochelle because each one is different in some way and it makes them all seem so unique. She's definitely one of my favorite dolls in this franchise.

Mine has a good amount of turqoise in the back but it's mostly gravitated to one side. It's half and half, almost right down the middle, with pink on one side and turquoise on the other.

grzankitter - You should definitely keep trying.  I think Rochelle is one of those dolls that will look nice a lot of different ways.

I have been wanting a HooDood doll for-freaking-ever, but I am not a fan of this plush. He just looks too much like a cheap Scarecrow rip off from the Wizard of Oz. I dunno....maybe it is just me, but I always pictured him looking different in my head.

How hard do you think it would be to sell the CAM Lab without all the extras (the pieces worth buying the Lab for i.e. wig, shoes, outfit) included?  Just wondering if there's anyone out there who would buy the thing just for the machine.
