Yeah, sunfading is the only way. however, be sure to cover EVERYTHING on her except for the part where she has the writing ^^ it usually takes longer for the colour to fade than the pen, so hopefully she will remain nice and purple even on that small patch. good luck!

Yep, your Bluebell is in fact Greek Elsi. :) If you decide to sell her like this, please PM me first, I'd very happily take her and give her a loving new home!!! XXX

@Vintergatan: Oh! Thanks for that! I'll be sure to cover all but the ink!

@Icecrystalline: I'll keep it mind, thanks!

Edit: I'm gonna have a shot at Cotton Candy too, letting her have a sunbath to see if the last brown spots can dissapear. Don't worry, I'll keep a close eye on her.
But first I'm gonna have a testrun conserning the paint I need to cover the symbols and other places I don't want fading.
I read I should use acrylic paint, and I found some. But before painting it on a perfectly fine pony, I'll have a testrun on one that can't be saved unless it's used for customizing.
To be continued!

    I didn't realize she wasn't a Snuzzle until I read your comment O.o

LOL  She is really gray.  I have never seen a pony do that.

@hyenacub: I know, right!  . It's still a mystery to me how that happened.

@lovesbabysquirmy: Oooh more tutorials! I saw many of 'm already but there is some new stuff there. Thanks alot! Big help!

Don't worry, though. I'm not planning on painting the Nirvana ponies.
Not with paint that won't come off, anyway. It's just for the sunbath to cover the symbols and eyes to prefent them from fading. I'm not good with tape, you see  ;)
The paint is waterbased and *should* come off using only that.
But I'm testing that first.

What a fantastic lot! A Greek Bluebelle - fantastic...

Just a little kindly advise - for your own "financial" sake more than anything as she is worth a good amount of money - be careful with anything you do with the Greek Bluebelle...the other nirvanas you have there in Seashell and CC are no where near as valuable or rare but just as gorgeous and hopefully a "fix" up, sun fade and hair straightening will have them even prettier!

LBS has linked you to the best threads for restoring...looks like you ll be at the pony spa and recovery centre for a while! That poor Cotton Candy has had a tough [but hopefully fun] life!
Thank you Matcha for my gorgeous Baby Fifi avi

@hathorcat: About that value-state of my Greek pony... if I was to give her new hair in the orginal colour, would that devalue her? Or make it better?
She has some early state tailrust, which I can still fix, though it will mean I have to remove the pin holding the tail at this point. It started to rust.
Ofcourse there are other ways now to keep the tail in place for the ponies and to keep it from rusting any further, it would be best to remove it.
So basically... would it be unwise to fix her hair up?
I have experience with placing manes and tails so that should be far from any problem.

I would leave her hair alone just fix the tail rust. Buyers mostly prefer oringal hair over rehairs.
I would recommend posting pics in the nirvana forum and ask about her value as is or rehaired/ restored. They will give you the best advice as at the end of the day they will be the ones mostly to buy your pony if you ever sell her : ) They also watch prices of nirvana ponies so can give you an accurate price for her  :)

My main problem is... how do I remove that writing? If I can't remove that writing my high hopes will crash quickly.
Sunbathing isn't an option as far as I read. As she is purple/lavender and I expect it to fade terribly if I was to give her a sunbath.
It appears to be written on with a pen. So it's most probably ink.

Actually, you can sunfade those pen marks! Even with her being purple :) You just have to be very careful about it. First, cover her entire body in painter's tape except for the marks. Let absolutely no light through, cover everything. Get the tape as close to the marks as possible so you don't accidentally fade her body color around them. Cover her hair in tinfoil and tape the roots with painter's tape so her hair isn't showing. Once she's ready to go, place her on a mirror in a sunny window. Check her every day to be sure the purple of her body around the pen marks isn't fading. You can just lift the side of the tape to compare, and then replace it. The pen marks will fade slowly over time.

I just finished sun-fading a blue sharpie mark on my Love Melody and she looks great! And still completely purple :)

  Thanks babystarz!
I haven't started yet, because I couldn't find a small mirror that was big enough for Seashell *giggles*.
Now I have some spare carmirrors and those have a perfect size!
I'll be hunting for paintertape next  ^.^ . There should be some around. I know I've seen it somewhere....

Yes, rehairing her would devalue her considerably.

Alrighty, no rehairing. Only rust-removal from the tail to prevent it from getting worse *nods*

What about added hairs? There are a few strings missing in her manes (on her forhead).
I wouldn't be removing the original hairs, only the ones cut off.

Thanks sofar Ponies! Much appreciated!

Sorry I missed the question! But as per everyone's answers...yes for any of the rare nirvanas a rehair will devalue most of the time. If you need to know the going price for her in that condition, over in nirvana they will certainly be able to help you out! You ll sell her no problem at all if you are looking to rehome her!
