When I'm talking about other collectors, I usually call them a "pony person" or "pony people". I'll use brony when referring to fans of G4 who are more into the TV show and FiM culture than the toys. (I have a friend like this. Biggest brony ever, but she HATES the toys.)

But if we're voting on science-y names, I really like that one that started with M!
