I've had her for quite some years now and she's still got that nice hair and all. I wonder what she might be worth nowadays, especially since there's a bunch of Venezuelan ponies floating up to the surface..

so far the starshines that have been found have been either white with a yellow mane or orange/pink with a yellow mane

your starshine is so far, the only one in her colour way

the white starshines are selling for between $250-$300 MIB and the orange/pinky starshines a bit more, around $400 MIB.

i am tempted to place your pony in the $400 mark as she is OOAK still

With her being he only  one in that scheme at the moment, I would suggest taking offers on her to be honest!

I'm agrre with LadyGuinevere - take offers for her with and see what will happen. And you can have a reverse price in mind as well.

i have to agree with ladyg and stern that accepting offers would be your method of selling her that way she will find her value.
