Can anyone help me identify this Minty figure?

I found it at a swap meet, and I'm just not sure where it came from. She looks like she used to be glued to something at the bottom, since there seem to be glue remnants there. I couldn't find it on strawberryreef.  :huh:

i guess it was a play-do topper. they sold little buckets of play-do with firures like these on top.
could that be?

As far as I know there was no Minty on the play doh modelling clay =)
(only RD, PP, Sunny Daze & Twinkle Twirl - and these had a "grass" bottom)

I had a look on Sebby's website (she's the queen of stampers lol)

and found this:
