What's a so soft? ):

"So Soft" ponies were a line of G1 ponies that were released which had "flocking" on them....so they were soft and fuzzy all over

So how secure is this stuff these days?  Does it stay on pretty well?

I have never flocked a pony but I used to do Breyers.  One of the biggest things you need is a shaker or flocker - this allows for an even coating.  I think I still have mine, need to go look for it.  I love seeing everyone's flocked ponies!

Anyone know what to use instead of Modge Podge if not available? Watered down PVA glue? Wallpaper paste? Icing? Syrup? Choc spread?

Someone here (Wisteria, I think) suggested using Delta Ceramcoat matte sealer. I'm still only in practice stage of flocking ponies myself, but it definitely does seem to work better than Mod Podge.

Those are really amazing!  I want dancing butterflies, lol.  I have several tubs of fun flock that I haven't tried out yet.  Buying it right before having a baby might have been a bit presumptuous, but I think I'm ready to get back into it and try it out.
