Masquerade Pony Swap, Ponies arriving!

I am so mad right now. Got my order from Dollyhair and she had substituted my nylon with saran without asking me if that was ok. So, now I don't have the hair for this swap pony >.<

I just had the same thing happen to me I am so mad! I had Black Magick ordered, and she just put Saran Raven Black in instead. I dont even USE saran. I hate the stuff. This is useless to me. She has our email address when we order. If she's out of something after we order it, then she could at least drop an email asking what we would prefer as a replacement, or if we want our money back.

Im currently waiting for her to respond to my very very unhappy email.

It ran out because she's not up to date on her orders, so she doesn't mark items sold out until a lot of people already have ordered them. I will not be paying to ship back the saran. It was her responsibility to send me the correct thing. If she didn't take the time to check with me if that was ok, even though she has my phone number, she can pay for shipping if she wants it back. Here's an excerpt from the email which I find very amusing since a phone number is one of the required fields when checking out. Also, I'm not the one not checking my email in a timely manner. That's her problem.

Oh, this was my second mistake. My previous order was missing a hank. I'm so ordering from mylittlecustoms next time. It's not like it can take any longer :p

Sorry to check in so late, power and net has been unreliable do to severe wind storms up here. My pony is done except for hair.

My original Dollyhair order never went through, turns out my CC company does not like the shopping cart company Dolly hair uses. Of course seeing what poor Maniah and hannaliten went through, that may be a blessing in disguise. I ended up using RetroDolls UK to find the closest to what I need.

I hope it reaches me soon or I might be sending late.

Done except for gem detailing and rehairing.

I think I may need to seal this one with mod podge to preserve the sparkle in my paint. I did a test with dullcote, and it killed the sparkle too much for my liking.

Finally finished all of my detail painting! Now I'm down to rehairing, I should actually be able to finish this pony just in time for the deadline! Woo!
