I did braids to achieve this look.  I'm pretty sure It was two braids in the tail, and three in the mane.

I did a custom with straw curls for the Swirl Swap a couple summers ago (has it really been that long??).

The first one "Logan" was done with sponge rollers, the other two were done with a braid :)

She was done with very tight plaits and I dipped the hair into boiling water. Turned out nice:)

i always seem to do loose curls...I do have a few with wavy hair, but can't seem to find the photos that focus on the hair (hard to see the wavy hair when its behind the ponies head - ha)

I have ssooo many ponies with curls and wavy hair. I <3 curls to death. I use straws and bobby pins with boiling water for any and all curls, waves- sometimes the same, sometimes I just braid the hair. This isn't even all of them. :)
