Q. what is the hardest design you have ever been asked to commission?

A. My current WIP. Its got big sculpted feather wings (my second full sized set) and numerous detail intensive symbols across her which are all based on the person who will be receiving this custom when she is finished.

Q. Glitter - love it or hate it and why?

A. Love it, it makes beautiful sparkling hooves for wintery customs!

Q. Have you ever painted an entire pony with acrylic paint? How did it turn out?

A: Well sure I have! Several. I wasn't terribly pleased with most results as I somehow always ended up with nicks in the paint that I had to go back and touch up when I thought I was done. I found a better paint and the one  so far I've done an FBR on, doesn't look like it'll need touch ups even after all my handling. (Knock on wood! )

Q: What tips or tricks do you have for getting hair to style the way you see it in your head?

A: uhh, on ponies as on wigs, i would out a hair-dryer can come in handy, if you don´t overdo it and don´t hold it to close.

Q:
what are your pet peeves in customizing or the finished custom itself?  like types of hair, paint struckture on the surface.

A. Yarn or floss or thread or .... You know what? Anything other than actual hair for hair! It drives me nuts!


Q. Something you have never done to a pony but would like to try?

A: Well I am still "new" to customizing to I actually still have yet to try sculpting and doing wings! I am super excited to order apoxie and try it out though.

Q: What is the longest a pony has taken you to complete (one that you have been working consistantly on)?

A. Godzilla took me about two months.

Q. Which customizer would you most like to own a pony from?

A. PoniesYeah and Simpleflowers. Both had customs listed on ebay that I REALLY WANTED and lost out on.

Q. Natural curls or straw curls?

A: Straw curls are the only ones I can really pull off. Well, I've done curls with rollers before that were looser but were still well definied ringlets at the ends

I like the look of loose curls, but I never seem to be able to do them!

Q: If you could meet one customiser in eprson and give them a great big hug, who woudl it be?

A: That's a toughie!!
Jupi, NoD, PopGirl, Tiella, Kat, Hannaliten, so many!  The ladies that I talk to on a daily basis and give me inspiration, encouragement, and a kick in the pants when I need it!

Q: What is the most unusual object you have ever incorportated into a pony?

A. A LED Blinky light. I fixed it in the skull of one pony to make Bob the Skull. He is a character in The Dresden Files, and he is a talking head whose eyes light up orange.

Q. How many bags of pony hair do you one right now?

A: About 150

Q: Have you ever tried things that other customizers say not to?

A: yeah! i bake ponies at like 250F.  never had one melt yet! although i did burn some of the clay on one!

Q: have you ever had everything go wrong with a custom and it still turn out great in the end?

A: EVERYTHING. I am so melodramatic when I make customs, haha. Everything is a disaster and the end of the world. I freak out over the tiniest things. My Cherry Blossom swap pony had me in FITS, you can ask my lovely swap host. But things usually turn out fine ^_^
