What the??!! I voted and posted here on the 14th! What happened to my post? Weird.. Anyways, I voted for the first Saturday just because it came soonest! I'm okay with any of those days, really!

Maybe if there is a tie we should consider October 13 & 14 or October 20 & 21.

  I say make it sooner not later!! Sept, not Oct; I can't wait that long!!! (And the closer to Halloween it gets the busier I get! ) That's just my two cents, o course and I'll try my dernedest to be there regardless!

Well we could try earlier in September:

Sep 15 & 16
or
Sep 22 & 23

I voted the 6th or 7th!  Would anyone by chance be opposed to taking the weekend of the 29th/30th out of the running?  I'm so sorry to have to ask that    I know there is no way I could make it that weekend and I would love to help plan again if possible!

I voted for all of those days, but could make it a week earlier too. Just not any later than that. I think my DH is going to come with me and bring his bike, there's some mountain bike trail about 45 min away that he wants to ride.

I was thinking about making a separate forum somewhere to discuss the meet. Would anyone be interested in that? It would be much easier and more organized by far than having to keep to one thread on the Arena where it gets bumped down at the speed of light. Lol
