Wind Whistler could control the wind, although her G1 personality would make her better suited for being a non-superhero scientist, or maybe both, like Beast from X-Men? Dream Blue would be able to invade dreams. Inception!pony!

I started making up powers for the G3 ponies based on things that happened in the animated movies once.  Like Triple Treat has the ability to stack things up as high as she wants without them falling over, Minty causes shape-shifting and other subtle continuity errors in nearby props, and of course Pinkie Pie is a natural mentalist...

My faves growing up were North Star and Baby Lickety-Split.  North Star can always find her way home, even if she's flying by night, and directs the pegasi during long journeys or migrations.

Dazzleglow can make rain, or at least become more powerful by rain. Other rain ponies are Lemon Drop, Sprinkles, and Quackers.

Moondancer can... dance on the moon! This is how she draws her power.

And I think Love Melody would be a Cupid figure and make people fall in love. Or maybe, since all of the hearts on her symbol are interconnected, she would have the power to make people fall in EVERLASTING love, not like a 2 month celebrity wedding.
