Possible Northeast NY pony meet?

Since I no longer live in Alaska, I was thinking of maybe having a pony meet during the weekend of Sept 29 & 30th. Why this weekend? Because its GARAGE SALE WEEKEND!!

There is also the resort town of Lake George 6 miles away. However, not sure how much will be open in October. I think most shops close down Labor Day weekend

 
 Let me know if anyone is interested?

EDIT: This is in WARREN COUNTY, NY and Warrensburg is EXIT 23 OFF the NY STATE NORTHWAY (I-87)

rough estimates of driving time:

ALBANY - 1 HR NORTH
SUNY PLATTSBURGH 2.5 HRS south
RUTLAND, VT - 1 HR WEST
RANDOLPH, VT - 2 HRS WEST
SUNY MORRISVILLE- 3 HRS NE
OLD FORGE, NY - 2 HRS East on RT 28...I think its about 2 HRS?
NORFOLK, VA - About 16 HRS NORTH..maybe 18? I used to go to college there but its been a long time
BALTIMORE, MD - About 12 HRS NORTH
HARRISBURG, PA - 6/8 HRS EAST

I didn't know there were amish in NY...
I would LOVE to do this garage sale weekend but that brings in thousands of people into a one lane each way town of abut 2000 if that and I need to find a place to have it.

ruly a Garage Sale Lovers Dream.  Don't be surprised to see that garage sales stretch for miles and miles and miles - starting SOUTH of Lake George and continuing North of Warrensburg into the Adirondacks.  Warrensburg is located 1/2 hour north of Saratoga Springs, NY and 1 hour north of Albany.

Dang we have something Girl Scouts that weekend.  Though not sure I can swing the drive in one day from Long Island.
