Can anyone tell me why these Mintys are different?
« on: April 15, 2012, 07:13:45 AM »
So these are both Jumbo sized Mintys, 1m tall... but there are differences? The second one doesn't look as well made to me, its tail looks shorter, and it appears to be missing the smaller green heart on its leg, does that mean it's a fake? (pics are from sale site, hope they show up)

one looks to be factory made, the other looks like it was cheaply made to be mass produced to sell in crane games or at carnivals. the 2nd looks like someone didn't put a lot of work into it compared to the first.

the material even looks different. the first looks like it'd be more costly, the 2nd looks like the cheap stuff for crane games or carnival toys.

Yeah, it's definitely cheaper. At least I know not to buy it if I want genuine, thanks :)
