Speaking of the Books I'm half way through the last one and I don't get who the Irish Emmy person is? I don't recall her being in the other 3 books. And I just got to a part where they mention a Gargoyle Guy named Granite now i at least i have a name for the CAM Gargoyle lol.

If you do check out the books, be warned: there are LOTS of pop culture references and product placements. I counted more than 24 in the second chapter of the first book alone. Once you get used to it, you barely notice them, but they can be very jarring, especially when you're used to the webisodes with the iCoffins and Justin Biter.

Yes, Ghoulia definitely has kanekalon. I have heard that the earlier releases of Ghoulia had saran, though. Spectra has kanekalon, too.

They are very good books I'm bummed out their are only 4 and thats it. It always happens to me i finally find something i'm willing to read and then its always cut short lol.

Just as an FYI they do not match up with the webisodes they are majorly different story lines but a good read none the less.

Yeah, I'm also sad that they're over! On the plus side, I've heard there's going to be a new book series for a younger set, and supposedly, it'll take place in the webisode continuity. While they probably won't be as mature as the Lisi Harrison series, I'm excited to have some Monster High books that I can read with my niece without having to explain the references.

I was initially suspecting Robecca of having the Nefera build (when we saw the very first promos) because she appeared to be taller on the shelf. It may have been the boots though, and where the other dolls were posed. There's also been speculation that she'd end up being Frankie's adopted "big sister". But seeing her in the box, she does look to be the size of the other main characters.

As far as individual sizes go for the majority of characters, that was  more of a webisode thing. The diaries don't really mention height, and I don't recall it in the books either. It works for the webisodes, but I think too many different sizes for the dolls would be jarring, especially from a display angles. And while I don't personally switch up the doll's individual style much, I think that a lot of people would be unhappy to have that option taken away.

On another note, while Venus is definitely the new character I'm most amped about, I am definitely excited for Robecca as well. I love all the unique detailing on her, and she's really gorgeous.

The reason I thought she had the larger body type was because of her legs.  Her knee joints look larger to me, but that very well could be all the detail she has on them, the panels and bolts.  I'm glad that everyone thinks she has the standard body though, if only because 'older' dolls have big bodies and 'younger' dolls have smaller bodies.  Of course I use all these terms lightly.  Talking age is almost pointless with these girls.

Hmm, any of you pony rehairerererers need a nylon starlight mlp hank? Since I don't like working with nylon personally, i'm not likely to use it myself and i got too much (wasn't sure how much I was gonna need) so i have a full mlp hank leftover

I am full loving the little gears in Robecca's eyes, it really just sells the whole robot idea for me. Though I am most desperate for Venus because.....hello! Just look at the girl!
