I had the EXACT same problem! I washed and conditioned her and she was fine though...I do wish her red and black strands were still seperated, but she still ooks good "blended"

Vampelina is my fav Zilla ever.  If I could only keep one she would be it.  Even over Fianna and I like her quite a bit as well.

She looks so much better, I think she is my fave 'Zilla...tho if I had fianna fins she'd give her a run for her money!
