Anyone else finding Blossomforth & Cupcake incredibly HTF?!

I got Blossomforth when she first came out but I haven't seen either one of them in awhile; lately I've seen a lot of wave 4 and the luggage ponies.

Ive been trawling everyware for a cupcake and lulu luck but no luck. I was lucky enough to snag a blossomforth and that was the once and only time I have ever seen her :/

I hardly ever see the recolours here. I got all my recolours online. I only got 11 of my 25 ponies in store.. the other 14 were ordered on eBay and Amazon..

I think the problem with the earlier waves was that stores like Tesco and TRU seemed to only get 2 to 3 ponies each from each wave....and once each wave cleared out they just replaced it with the next wave of different ponies not replacing it with more from the same wave. A lot of other stores like Asda havent actually got MLP until they were into Wave 5. Therefore only smaller retailers who didnt churn stock to the same extent as the supermarkets and multinational retailers may well be the only ones who have stock of earlier waves.

Either way they will pop back down in price soon enough - these ponies will turn up on ebay eventually when people drop out of collecting or kids get tired of their toys and the prices will be more like retail

I think hathorcat's right regarding the distribution; I'm hoping that somewhere like The Entertainer or WHSmiths might have back stock lurking, because they flew off the shelves at the 'big' toy retailers. I really don't want to pay over the odds for two supposedly common, general release ponies online!

I got Blossomforth at Family Dollar at Christmas, but didn't get Cupcake and now I can't find her. I have never seen Lily Blossom or Cheerilee at all.

I still see them around here, but not as common as they were back in 2011 tho.

Really? I used to find them all the time. I got the two of them as a gift from my boyfriend for Christmas and there was a bunch of them then.
Then again that was like 3 months ago.

I'm going to WalMart today for groceries and stuff, but I might see if they have them.

Wave 3 was common in my area until about Christmas, and then Wave 4 and 5 took over. I have only seen Wave 2 once in stores, and I never did get poor Cheerilee

Haven't seen Blossomforth since well before Christmas, and I got her in a family run toy shop. I bought the last one there and then and have never seen her since. I got Cupcake in Tesco just after Christmas, and again haven't seen her since.

For all those attempting to find Lilly Blossom in the uk still, check your local WH Smith. They're selling off their toys for cheap and I picked up Twilight, Cheerilee and Lilly Blossom this way.

The one I'm really having trouble finding is Plumsweet, and I never saw lulu luck in stores.

All I see is a Blossomforth going for the ridiculous price of £11.99 on Amazon UK. How insane is that?!


I don't know what it is about these ponies but I just can't seem to find any here, or on any of the UK websites. Anyone else finding these ones particularly hard to get hold of in the UK?

I have both of them.  I fond them at my work for under $5.  I also seen them at wallmart and toys r us.

It's funny. I feel like when I'm not looking for a specific pony, I see it everywhere. Yet when I'm thinking about it, or want it, it suddenly dissapears! Haven't noticed Blossomforth lately, but I know for me Cupcake is HTF. Looking for her as a gift right now, and she went from being in every store to being almost non-existant. But who knows, random ponies show up sometimes!

I have two Blossomforths. One MIB, and the other I got in February because she's my favorite and I wanted to open her up. I was able to find every pony from every wave at my local Walmart, TRU, and Target since January
