Recieved a new Nendoroid - append Miku!

Have been waiting for her since I preordered in... october?
She arrived last week and I picked her up form the PO this monday.

she's awesome! I ahven't had much time to pose her around or play around with my other Miku yet (I have two nendos. both are Miku. feels a bit silly, lol) buuuutttt well, here are some pics

She's fantastic and was so worth the wait Which means my incoming Biscotti will be worth teh wait,too ^^
and this has, unfortunately, left me with the conclusion that my first nendo is a fakie. A very well made fakie, but well.. it's juuust slightly under the quality of this one. I don't mind since I got her cheap and 2nd hand, and she's gorgeous, but this... this nendo is sublime. I love her! ^^

you should! they're worth the money (just don't order via eBay, most are fake there. I got mine from Hobbylink Japan.)

Ohhh those are adorable!  I could probably get my husband into collecting these - he already has a sizeable collection of Hoi-Hoi-San model kit figures...

Wow. Thank you so much for the info. I was thinking about purchasing a few Figmas from Ebay...I had no idea that people made fake ones. That's scary!

I have 2 nendoroids that I bought from eBay, Sebastian and Ciel, and now I'm kinda paranoid that they're fake! They came in official looking boxes and are really nice quality (except Sebby's stand ¬¬), what are the chances that they are fake? I wouldn't really mind, I love them as they are.

She looks awesome! The light up base... very cool. The only Nendoroid I have is a puchi-Nendo that I got when I imported that one PSP Diva game. I've always been tempted to buy a full-size one, but they're a bit too pricey for my me!

They can come in very authentic looking boxes, but they often look like someone cranked up the saturation and contrast in Photoshop on it. Why don't you post pics of them?
I don't mind my supposedly fake HMO Miku, either, she's gorgeous.
But I don't think I'll go the route of buying fakies again. (not that I knew I was but well)
oh, and often in the price is under $25, shipping from China/Hong Kong and often free shipping, it's almost always fake.
