North Texas Pony Meet?

My Grandmother is willing to help host a pony meetup at her house. Its perfect for it- lots of space a huge yard, we have all the tables awnings ect.  We are about 1 hr out of Dallas in Commerce.

I was wondering if there would be any interest in a meet if I hosted it?
I can provide lots of space and shaded tables for anyone who wants to sell/trade ponys. A barbeque picnic style lunch. Pony games and Prizes.  A raffle. Restoration tutorials. Custom contest ect.
Wireless internet will also be available. Any other ideas for things to do? Anyone near me wanting to help set up, plan or contribute?
What time would be good? We were thinking the end of June~

I do have lots of experience planing events so I know what I'm getting myself into

If we had a few more people I might be able to arrange carpools~ that would help with the gas issue for a lot of people.

Any other Texan ponys out there? I thought there were quite a few of us...

There were some in my area...found out through a thread I posted a few days ago.  So there are some more of us out here =D  I thought of doing something like this myself.  =]  I'm rather excited to get to meet more people in the area that collect the ponies.  =]  explains who is buying all the ponies from my Walmart xD

Meeting in person is so much fun! I have been to a few pony meets and hosted lots of Lolita fashion meets and sewing circles. Getting together with a group of people who speak pony and are just as excited as you are is a blast!

Depending on when it is, I'd likely be able to come =) I don't mind doing some driving since I end up commuting ridiculous amounts anyway for work!
