I'm still so upset that Hasbro won't make G4 sea ponies! I think their cute little faces look sea horse-y enough as it is, so they would translate so so well...

As for established G1s, my vote goes towards Bowtie, Glory, and Dancing Butterflies, though DB is very Fluttershy-like anyway.

Surprise, of course (and keep the neon please!  That's the best part!)

Also, TAF ponies, especially Yum Yum and Sugarberry, and some Sparkle and Glow n' Shows.  I'd also like to see some of the G1 boys, of course.

Actually, I'd love a G4 Toola-Roola and Starsong. The rest of the Core 7 were translated over to G4, so I think those two should as well. And they both are really cute. :)

I'd love to see TAF Sugarberry and the other TAF. They were so so pretty. Also Twinkle eye Quackers and Tic Tac Toe, there was something about Quackers that I just adore! Also Paradise. I have a love for yellow and white ponies.

the mountain boys would look awesome, especially if they ad a similar build as Big Mac.
I'd like to see Moondancer, Starflower and TicTacToe, well, most of the twinkle eyes, with/without the actual jewel eyes.  I just like a lot of their colourings!

All of the Year 2 ponies and most of the year 3.  They are my favorites. In particular, I would love Medley and Glory.  I'd also like to see Dancing Butterflies.  Before, I read up more about FiM, I thought that Fluttershy was based on DB.
 
I'd like to add that I would love to see these in the Fashion style size as much as the regular.
