If I'm interpreting things correctly I think that there are already people working on replacements for us (independantly of Rev--though perhaps she passed the lists on to them)--it'll take them a while to finish, though, considering that they would only have started a week or two ago.

Okay - I would say we'll wait over the weekend if your swap host jumps in or not.
If not I offer to host this swap for you till the end to make sure every member will receive a custom.

So there are Saja, Prismatic and me who offered to make a replacement custom for the people who hasn't received one.
Maybe a 4th member around who can help us out that we have 4 replacement customs?

I'll come back to you after the weekend - when you haven't heard back from your host then - all 4 who hasn't received a box can sent me their wantlists by PM and I'll be in touch with Saja & Prismatic and we'll work out how we can help the best way.

I went back through and I found this. I had forgotten about this part! I think we just need to send our wish lists over to Stern friends! Let's make a plan; let's send her our wish lists by Friday and that should get things moving again.
