New toys, and white Celestia!

These look awesome, and I'm all for more toys of characters from the show (and the accurately-colored Celestia), but does anybody else kinda feel like these are basically just catering to the brony side of the fanbase?

I mean, a lot of these characters (the DJ, Nightmare Moon, etc.) have been done as customs hundreds of times. It almost feels like they're only going with what they think will sell to the bronies.

Who gives a flip!? I mean seriously... Hasbro... actually... LISTENED! What a freaking CONCEPT!!!

And no... even though they are, in a way, catering to the BRONY fanbase... guarenteed there will be tons of little girls SQUEEING as  much as we Bronys are...

I know I would be, if I was still a little girl! I can't remember how many times... ALL I WANTED was for some lesser known characters to be made into figures! Be they from movies or TV shows. The most desperate one I can think of... was Nala. BOY did I want an ADULT Nala toy when I was young! I even wrote a letter to the toy company (tho I didn't actually send it)...

That said... *SQUEE*!!!! WHITE Celestia! (with painted boots! *faints*.... and the best... a ZECORA!!! She is the one I am MOST excited about! Not terribly hot on the "glow in the dark"... but it's ZECORA!!!!!

The funny thing about Rays is that they obviously chose her because they saw the design and liked it (or the other way a round?) She wasn't picked because she was a fan favorite. Nobody really knows who she is, but obviously somebody noticed her. "Rays" is kinda a generic placeholder name anyway, I wonder what they will call her!

Whoah, that Pinkie does look like her symbol has some glitter, ladybrooklyn.  They probably figured they had to do SOMETHING new with the figure itself. Tinsel goes ratty and there's only so many times you can sell a kid the same identical figure.

I'd be cool if Vinyl Scratch came with a DJing playset, and Nightmare Moon came with an awesome castle of doom.

I really hope not every single pony is going to be some background pony. >-<
That would mean no more fun color combinations (and multicolored manes) like on Dewdrop Dazzle and Honeybuzz. Sad and i pity the toy designers.

Here in Sweden we have ridiculous customs. So when you pay 5$ for a pony in US, I pay 80Sek = 12$ for a pony here in Sweden. The blindbags are 1,5$ in America, 4-5$ in Sweden.

Especially the Wedding castle set I want to order from an American sweet Pony lover, that set will be so pricey in Sweden, it will probably cost 80-90$ here D:

It looks like Nightmare Moon, Pinkie Pie, Rainbow Dash, the DJ Pony and Trixie will be sold as a set costing $34.99. Kinda pricy, but if there's anyone who can pick one of these for me when they hit the stores I'll be forever grateful

I hope all of it will be released here in the UK, released widely that is, not like the first few waves where I haven't even seen them before! I have a windfall coming so I will be saving that back to buy these ponies, some may ask somepony in the States to grab them for me....

I think I may have some painting to do for the NM toy because she looks more purple-y in the photo but even if not, at least her horn and body will be the same color because her horn is blue, which IIRC in the show is black, that is of course if I find her cheaply on eBay.
