I have a full, untouched hank of Blueberry Muffin.
I don't know Saply...I'm starting to wonder about the email too. I completly understand about having a new baby too! The last order I placed seemed like it took a couple weeks to get but I didn't get a hank of hair that I paid for I really needed it for a swap that I'm in. I've emailed her about it a couple times and still haven't heard from her. I hope everything is okay!!
Yes, it's not at all strange for it to take that long, at least in my experience. Sometimes it's a week or more before the order is even shipped. I actually received an order today. I placed the order on May 12th, it shipped on the 17th and arrived today.
My recent order took longer than usual to arrive, but it got here I think she's really short-staffed right now.I have the following full hanks to trade for the colors I want:Lucky Clover
I'm sorry if this is too personal a question, but did you pay via credit card? I placed my order on the 7th and haven't received a shipping confirmation yet, but I used PayPal (I'm also aware that sometimes shipping confirmation is never sent, and orders have a tendency to show up in the mail when you're least expecting them ). That might explain the delay.
