So the weigh in didn't go terribly well and I admittedly fell off the wagon a little last week.
Points before the week of 4/1: 94

Monday: 1 point for exercise
Tuesday: 1 point for exercise
Wednesday: 2 points, 1,334 cals and 478 exercise
Thursday: 2 points 1,562 cals and 322 exercise
Friday: 1 point for exercise
Saturday: 1 point for exercise (mom took the kids for the day and me and hubby had the day to play and I didn't worry about anything!)
Sunday: 1 point for exercise.  Easter candy and feast, still not feelnig quite as strong.

After last week: 103 points

I have a cold today, and I am always starving when I get a headcold, not sure why.  So we will see.

I'm so proud of all of you!!  So many awesome success stories.

I'm fairly bummed presently.  I worked really hard for several weeks and barely lost a thing.  I'm not giving up, but I'm taking some time to re-evaluate a few things.  It feels like my body and I are at war, and thats not healthy.  So, I'm still here, still going on this challenge, just.....thoughful.

ok fail today and yesterday.  to much chaos and crazy and a normally 2.5 hr drive turn into a 4+ hr drive.... lets just say i think i have digested a 2 liter on my own... :< not good at all! and no excersize... fails.

gosh i wish i could but i just eat what the cafeteria gives us, trying to be responsible, but it doesnt work very well... I just get so sick of sammiches and soup and the rest of the stuff is usually fried or makes me sick.... (gosh why'd they have to put the gyro meat in the meatloaf and then the chilli????!!!)   

well.... yesterday i got 1 pt... today 1 so far... i have a feeling no excersize tonight.... bleh....

Well, Psyknife, the only thing I know I'm eating daily is almonds... around 4pm (we have supper around 7).  Usually about 100cals worth.  And often with a piece (50cals) of 70-80% dark chocolate.  Otherwise, I have a cup of water first thing when I wake, and 2 more cups with fiber 1/2 hour before breakfast.  I meal plan my weeks, and I'm happy to say that for almost a week now I've been having 1/2 my plate as fruits and veggies according to the loseit app reports!  Yay!  I also tend towards having breakfast around 9:30am of oatmeal or red river cereal (both hot cooked cereals, not instant) with 1/4 cup milk, 1/2 chopped apple, 1 tsp brown sugar, 1/3 banana on peanutbutter (about 1/2 tbsp) on rye, served with strawberries or whatever other berries/oranges (not often oranges though) in the house.  My breakfasts are big, usually ranging from 500 to 600 cals (higher when I make my eggs which I load up with spinach, onions, and other veggies precooked in my fridge), but my daily cals are around 1500-1800, depending on the day.

Skeen!  You are almost there!  Wow!  Way to go!!!

Saturday - 2 points.  We have been working on a one minute dance that makes you feel like you jogged for 1/2 hour in just that one minute.  No joke!  It is insane!  Maybe I'll post it once we've performed on the 21st... if I feel confident enough, haha (and if it is ok... it is bellydance, and polynesian fusion at that.  The hips never stop moving!).

Sunday, monday, tuesday, wednesday, and today, 2 points each.  I have been under 10% my daily calories for 'bad' sugar, but today was just barely (I had some mini eggs... did you know 6 mini eggs = 1/2 oz = 70 calories?  I didn't think 6 eggs would be that much... good thing I didn't eat my normal 25... haha... ha... yeah, I tried to keep them out of my house but it really didn't work well as my hubby bought them when they went on sale cause he knows I love them... such a sweetie pie <3  )

So... day 74 = 142 points.  Ooh!  150 around the corner!  (goes to look at what sort of gift I should get myself)
I think it might be possible for me to get 175 points if I don't lose more than one point in the next few weeks... if I can, I will reward myself big... maybe I'll get the blind bag 24 box from Hasbro's site... maybe... or not... I would probably feel guilty for doing so...

Lost another pound!  Down 64 total.  .4 til I hit 140lbs!  It's not my ultimate goal, but it's really close!  11 more to go!
