I am super excited myself, and really can't wait to get partners out to you all so I can start shopping for my own partner, as I will pretty much not know who I get until I have sorted out everyone else (mind you, I should be an easy one to shop for so it shouldn't be too scary for anyone lol ) So far everything is great, a couple of tiny hiccups, but nothing I can't handle - I just hope there are some lovely things to purchase around my area soon for my partner lol.

I will be sending out a new form for everyone to fill out soon, with a couple of extra things to help me pair you all up over next weekend. There have been a couple of things that I hadn't previously thought of in my initial form, but it was enough for me to do a check & get a rough idea on who would be ok to put with who, although I haven't set any of it in concrete yet, ive got some ideas of a few people that would probably be good partners

I will also only pair you with someone from at the very least a different state, as I think it is stupid pairing say someone from the ACT with another person from the ACT when you would probably be shopping for each other in very similar stores. It would be nice to see bits and pieces from a different area arrive on your own doorstep

I was very busy processing apps for a couple of days, but it has died off again now. I am looking at pming everyone else that may be interested and popping a link up on my fb wall again, but we have enough to run the swap anyhow.

I would appreciate those that are already in to work on getting a list of 20 - 60 ponies on a wantlist, and please keep the pricing reasonable (for example, no greek ladybirds, mimic's or other over priced ponies) I am hoping to pair you all up soon according to the information you have all given me, as well as trying to swap wishlists fairly, as in I can't see the point in pairing up a G1 only collector with a G4 only collector, unless I absolutely have to.

Really looking forward to getting out there to shop for my partner

I will be working on another form and a small list of ground rules for this swap (as its going to be such a long swap, I need to know that you are all still around and where you are all at) I would appreciate contact via a pm or swap thread at least once a week, preferably a couple of times if possible, just to update me how you are doing. You don't have to give away what you do or don't have, but letting me know you are all still interested and hanging around would be great.

If for some reason I have not heard from you for a full week, you will recieve a "please explain" pm from me, and I have the right to review and possibly even remove you from the swap if you do not have a valid excuse as to why you have not been in contact. I know things happen, so I will give you all the benefit of the dbout, but with technology these days, you can get on the arena on your mobile worst case scenario, so please even just a quick pm.

Thanks everyone for being so great, I just really want this to run smoothly for everyone involved, as you all seem like lovely people, I would hate for someone to flake & there be anyone dissapointed.

Thanks hun, all lists I have recieved so far have been really reasonable, I am sure that anyone will be fine with whoever their partner is so far. It would be nice if we could all afford to send pricey ponies to each other, but lets face it, the reason I am hosting this swap is to save on international postage in the first place lol.

I will be sending out partners next weekend, the cut off is friday and I do ask all forms & wishlists are in by friday night / really early saturday morning so I can work at pairing everyone over the weekend. If you can all do that, you will all have pairs sooner (hopefully lol)
