I'm sitting here seething because I cannot for the life of me get them to stop tipping over, specifically, Blue Belle is giving me the most trouble for some reason...

Is there a solution to this problem, or am I just doing something wrong here? I can't keep trying to get them to stay put for long because my arm gets tired and I begin to feel homicidal rofl. I need HELP!

You aren't doing anything wrong.  This is exactly why they changed the molds to the concave foot version, lol.  My advice is to put something heavy on her tail to prevent her from tipping.  Or put something under her nose, like a Littlest Pet Shop pet or something, to keep her propped up.
