Have both, plus Dollymix Sundance and two other Megans I unexpectedly found at a market stall a few years back... think my versions are original US, original UK, and unknown-but-presumably-UK (she was redressed so, who knows). Sundance is pretty, Megan isn't the kind of doll I'd usually go for but I think she's cute, especially in the cartoons. I wish they'd made her RaMC outfit for the doll
