You can buy glow in the dark paint, that might be better? ModPodge can go sticky I have used glow powders, but only the kind you put in resin, I don't think they would be safe to use any other way?Love pkw xxx

Fear not pkw!! Gloves and mask for mixing and such. And stuff will be well sealed. Good to know on the aquatic bit. Will see what the recycling folks say.
