Gauging Interest on G3 Mystery Boxes

I have a bunch of G3s that need new homes.  I do not really have time to sell them individually so I was wondering if there would be any interest in a G3 Mystery Box: A box I fill with random G3s and send off to a new home.  All were rescued from thrift so quality varies, as do issues such as hair frizz, tail rust, etc.  I may even go so far as to create a "Bait" box, with ponies that could definitely use some TLC (bite marks, obvious hair cuts, etc.) but it would depend on how many of those I find as I box them up.  I think I have around 300 G3s left so multiple "Mystery Boxes" would be created.  Due to the size of box I'm thinking of using and shipping costs, I would only send to mainland US.  (Although if you live close enough to me we could arrange a pick up.)

I just don't know how much demand for G3s there is at the moment and I think that flooding my local thrift store would be bad because if things don't sell within a certain time period, they throw it out.

This sounds like a great idea! How many ponies do you estimate would be in each box?

Probably 30-50, depending on how I pack them and if each box gets a Styling Size (either G3 or G3.5) and if I go with the size of box I'm thinking of or a slightly smaller one.  There will likely be some multiples in the boxes, but I would try to keep it even so somebody doesn't end up with 6 Golden Delicious.

I would be happy to buy from another collector, even if they were bait-y. I resell in my local area, so it would be no problem for me!

I would be curious about a box depending on price. I would be more interest in a smaller sized box than 30, but would still be interested in learning more. It's a neat idea either way. You could also promote your bait box over at the Customs, if you like.
