Who doesn't have Ploomette II or Diamond Rose in their collection?

They are rare, but I have a few at the moment..... so if you want to add them to your collection feel free to PM :).

Why are they so rare? Have they been sold in specific parts of the world or in lesser quantities?

diamond rose (and her partner cherry pie) and ploomette II never made it to New Zealand, ploomette was an international exclusive which we had all of them sold here except her and she was the last hasbro released as an international exclusive.............as far as i know.

i know those ones mentioned above were available in the UK and Europe or just ploomette 2 was an Europe only release.
holly dash was another one only available in UK and Euro
