Weird Tuneful error...

She has a plug of hair coming out from under her head!

At first I thought it's just been trapped there from her head coming off. But her head is totally secure - it ain't budging!

Weird right?!

looks like to mean when they did the process for the hair Tuneful's head was not in the right spot and the machine overshot

I'm kinda curious if there's actually a hole in there to hold that hair plug, or if it's just sitting freely in the neck.

I would check but her head is on super tight and I really don't want to rip it off!
