Can only speak for the UK release but I'm pretty sure Disney Princesses here replaced the MLP eggs. I thought the MLP eggs were long since done with, since they were all over the place here last spring and early summer but since then I haven't seen them at all, not even in the three packs. Those are sometimes good though - you're guaranteed 1 pony toy, but I got two in a couple of three packs.

You would probably be better off trying to get them from someone here since ebay fees are so high and it's such a little thing.

Why would the price of fees matter to someone buying items? Even if a seller hikes the price because of the fees they are paying, you just avoid those auctions so...?

If you mean shipping, I don't think it's that expensive to send a small bubble mailer. Wherever you buy from will be importing unless someone here has already done the importing to the US, because of them being illegal there (though apparently that law isn't really consistent by the sounds?)

That's exactly what I'm talking about. To cover the fees and make even a small profit the seller HAS to hike the prices. I can't find a single opened common blind bag item that's less than double what a blind bag costs not including shipping and that's from US sellers. Ebay charges fees on the whole sale including the shipping. You can't avoid it if everyone does it.

I'm headed back to Canada this november... Guess I should stock up? When I was home this summer I could only find Disney Princess ones... Where are they selling the pony ones?

You missed them sadly. I can ask Twinks if there was another run. But we got them around Christmas in the medium sized eggs. I forget which toy came after the MLP ones. If you want some for your purposes I can ask her which MLP's she has left. She bought a number of eggs to get her full set, and she completed mine.  Set was 4 ponies that attached to little jewelry type cases.

Aw thanks, but that's alright :)  I was just looking to bring some back to the States if they were still hanging around.

I'd love a set of the Kinder egg ponies too. Been eyeing them on ebay, but if I can get the set cheaper, pm me. Maybe some day if I cross the border, I can taste a Kinder egg chocolate. What does the taste resemble? I've got a bad craving now to go get a candy bar!

oh we have only just sold out of this eggs about 2-3 weeks ago :/ . I know your not suppose to send these eggs but I do post them to a friend in the us all the time without a problem ever, I declare them on the parcel even and its always been all good so although I totally believe they are banned I don't actually think the postage rule is enforced

I think the corner shop near me may still have some of the pony ones, but not 100% sure. I plan on taking my current extras to Ponycon.

It's nothing to write home about, really. There's a layer of that white chocolate confection inside the milk chocolate that doesn't help, IMO. Often when we go over to Canada (I live right across the river) we stop at a local grocery store & I'll pick up a Kinder egg just for toots n' hoots. I just eat the chocolate before we come back across the bridge.

The last time we were over there they had Star Wars eggs & I got a tiny Millenium Falcon w/ Han Solo's giant HEAD on it. Best, strangest Kinder goodie ever!

Well, I think that's up for debate. Do you have Kinder Maxi in the US? It's a lot like that, but somehow even tastier :dribble:

When were the pony ones released? I keep looking for them in every candy aisle, and I've never seen them.

I love them. omg I love the chocolate, the white with the milk, and eating them when they are on the verge of melting is a sinful pleasure of mine I indulge in rarely. It's not high end gourmet chocolate, so don't expect that, more like good quality candy bar chocolate.

To confirm, yes, MLP eggs were from 2015 and currently we have Frozen and Finding Dory eggs now. Haven't seen MLP eggs since Christmas time but I have spotted Star Wars ones at random gas stations and I'm keeping lookout for any pony ones that might still pop up! (though the choco would be expired by now, lol)
