Factory Error?

I noticed something somewhat interesting about my new Gusty (Gusty 2). She has a green hair plug below the red streak in her hair. Compare her to Gusty 1. Is this an example of a factory error?

That is an interesting error! I'd be super tempted to rehair just that one plug and replace it with green (it looks like the green's been cut in the picture).
