I went to a Megadeth concert!!! It was awesome! Dave was nice and funny.. He couldn't sing as high as he used too, but I think he sounded really good.

I like both bands, but to be honest, to me Metallica's newer albums haven't been very good.. Death Magnetic was okay though.. After Dave was kicked out and Cliff died, their music slowed down. And Justice For All... was okay, but it was ruined from having the bass muted. I actually stopped listening to the original version because of that.. They really should of let Jason Newsted help out with the music. The music he made after he left was really good, in my opinion.
Anyways, I wouldn't mind if they had some slow songs, but why does all the songs have to be slow? I understand they are getting old, but when they started to slow down they were still pretty young. If you think of it, Megadeth is touring a lot and recently released an album that was really good. Dave Mustaine is 54 and had neck surgery which makes singing difficult and sometimes hurts when he sings, yet he continues to tour a lot.

I like both bands but I kind of like Megadeth better. I really like Dave and their music, including the ones he made in Metallica. Hopefully Metallica will come up with a good album.
