Italian peachy discoloration hair colour?

Hello!
Yesterday I received an Italian peachy brown pony.(thanks MissPompon)
I have a doubt .
The tail is golden. I have beheaded (I know that had not been previously tampered with and that when a pony is beheaded has a special "seal".
Washer inward hair is white, has traces of rust. Washer out is golden.
and in front of the mane it has a white tufts and gold .No other brands see the hair or body has been dyed.
possible discoloration of hair? Someone else who has had this particular case?

I have seen ponies with odd coloured hair before In some cases it is discolouration due to age or exposure to chemicals and in some cases a child has coloured the hair in with a felt tip.

I am inclined to think her hair has been "coloured in"

Yes, I also think that is home dye. You may have to regraft hair, but I do not care, it's very nice
